Return Policy
IF YOUR SPOILER IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT 866-793-9464, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE SPOILER. WE WILL PROMPTLY RECOVER THE DEFECTIVE SPOILER FROM YOU AND SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT.
Customers wishing to return a spoiler for a non-warranty related reason can do so in the following manner:
Customer must call RMA Department at 866-793-9464 in order to be issued an RMA Number. Spoilers shipped without a clearly marked RMA# will be refused upon delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to our remarketing address:

Spoiler must be in its original packaging, with all original components, and with a clearly visible RMA #. IMPORTANT: Be careful to package the spoiler exactly as you received it. If the spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our facility, the shipper is responsible for damages. MAKE SURE to fully insure the spoiler for the amount you paid for it. We also recommend that you keep the tracking number associated with your shipment for reference purposes.
Our RMA department will conduct an inspection on the spoiler within 48 business hours. If the spoiler is determined to be intact and unused, we will refund you the full value of the unpainted spoiler, minus a 20% restocking fee. If you paid via check or cash, a refund check will be mailed within 7 business days.
The restocking fee is accessed to recover costs such as credit card fees (5-8% of invoice amount, boxes, and packaging that cannot be reused) If any original hardware is missing, an additional $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.
IMPORTANT: The cost of painting is non-refundable due to the costs incurred while painting.
Returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Any merchandise held over 90 days may not be returned unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.
